Minimum Requirements:
Pool area must be relatively flat.
Cannot be on a slope greater than 3 degrees (15" over 25') or on a hillside.
Minimum of 7' access required for excavation.
Pool equipment location relative to the pool cannot exceed 30 feet.
Gas and electrical meters in relation to the pool equipment cannot exceed 50 feet.
Additional Information:
7 to 8 week construction window starts once permits are received.
Rain delays, inspection delays, change orders, third party delays, and payment delays may increase construction timeline.
