Minimum Requirements
- Pool area must be relatively flat.
- Cannot be on a slope greater than 3 degrees (15" over 25') or on a hillside.
- Minimum of 7' access required for excavation.
- Pool equipment location relative to the pool cannot exceed 30 feet.
- Gas and electrical meters in relation to the pool equipment cannot exceed 50 feet.
Additional Information
- 7 to 8 week construction window starts once permits are received.
- Rain delays, inspection delays, change orders, third party delays, and payment delays may increase construction timeline.
- Pool equipment, lights and automation by Jandy.
- Quartz finish by Quartzscapes.
- Tile and Coping materials are outdoor and pool rated.
- Stairs, benches and tanning ledge are customizable.
- Raised spa upgrade comes with a corner spillway only. This cannot be modified.
